+ Houston

Houston the cat was promoted to Spa and Zen Manager in late 2014 when DC Dog Sitter began to come into existance. Originally found living on the lamb with a large dog, he was adopted by our Founder in February 2012 - the same weekend that Whitney Houston passed away. Houston holds many talents including but not limited to being trained to use a toilet, however, he most prefers to scratch to his hearts content in his stylish ModKat litter box, remind many a visiting dog that he is the true King of the house, and hold out his foodie poker face until he wins the battle for tuna - preferably the canned Whole Foods 365 Albacore tuna (unsalted please). In his spare time when he is not contemplating his next nap or game of tag, he is most often found on one of the many faux fur blankets or his favorite cat tower by Contempo Cat. Houston's favorite theme song is "I'll Always Love You" as sung by Whiteney Houston.
